Character Sheets

Character sheets: POSED Full bodied character sheet turnarounds, any pertaining props, and a single rendered half body characterPersonality Sheets: 1-2 POSED full body characters including minimum of 3 added expressionsReferences for character specifications are provided by the commissioner.
Please include any details of your character's basic features: class, species, age, gender, skin/eye color, etc. It would also help to include backstory and personality information to help me get a better sense of your character. Any information left out of the bolded specifications, will be considered as "open to creative interpretation."Brand new custom designs: This is a commission for a brand new character concept design. I will ask for any general information regarding this unborn character, then get started on concepting. This commission type will include the character and personality sheet.

More customizations to the add ons can be further discussed in the email prior to the commission's startPlease remember that as an artist, there will be some artistic liberties taken for each commission piece!For 2D work I use Clip Studio Paint EX and Photoshop
For 3D work I use ZBrush for organic sculpts and Maya for hard surfaces or retopologyThe finished commission artwork can be sent as a PNG or PDF. Clients can request for a PSD file.Please read my Terms of Service before proceeding to the commission form!

Terms of Service

Commission Request Procedure

Please read my Terms of Service before requesting a commission. Once you've read the Terms of Service, you can email me through [email protected] or fill out my commission form.
After I respond and accept your commission, I will send a PayPal Invoice. The commission process will begin once payment is received and I will add you to my Commission List, where you can check your status in the queue.
I reserve the right to decline or refund commission requests for any reason.

Payment Process

I only accept PayPal payments in USD. A Paypal invoice will be sent through email to the commissioner. Full payment must be sent to me within 10 days. If payment is not received after 10 days, I will cancel the commission request.For orders more than $400 USD, please pay half the price in the beginning, then the remaining payment once the commissioned piece is finished.

Changed your Mind?

Contact me for commission changes. You can modify your commission requests once before I begin commission work. Additional add ons can be included by just paying the added price. For any changes in the commission type that ends up totaling less than the already paid price, I will refund the surplus.
If the commission progress has already started, only 30% of the total payment will be refunded upon cancellation.

Commission Process

Once commission work begins I will send progress updates.Please let me know early if something needs to be changed. I want to match your ideas as close as I can! For illustration, animation, or complex type commissions, once the polishing/rendering stage begins, everything is generally "locked in." Only minimal changes can be made.The complexity of the commission will affect the timing of completion. 3D artworks will generally take a longer time to complete.
I will work at my own pace unless the commission is a "Rush Order".Please note that as an artist, some artistic liberties will be taken.

The following "Total Price" includes BaseLine prices and Add ons

Rush Orders

Rush Orders are +50% of the total price - skip the line (based on the deadline schedule). Contact me to set up a deadline for this order.

Business/Commercial Purposes

Resales are +60% of the total price (marketing, products, streams)
Long Term NDAs are +100% of the total price. Contact me to discuss the detailed length of the term.

Additional Requests/Info

I may stream my commission progress and post WIPs, unless requested otherwise.Commissioners may request a 30 day refrainment from posting any content regarding the competed commission.After the final commission piece has been sent, it is the commissioner's responsibility to save/preserve the artwork.

Legal Information

I own all the rights to my artworks, including the works produced from commissions. I have the rights to use and present my art in any way I choose - monetization, commercial purposes, portfolio, self promotional material, etc. - UNLESS there is a written agreement made by me and a pre-payment for the NDA.You do NOT have my permission to use my artworks in/for profit, exchange, commercial, monetization, or NFTs UNLESS there is a written agreement made by me and payment for business/commercial purposes. Do not edit, trace, alter, or place the commissioned artwork in any sort of AI training program.
Regardless of commercial rights, credit is still required when posting or using the commissioned artwork.You may use the commission for personal purposes.Any personal information revealed during the transaction, such as the artist's name, address, phone number, or any other personal information, must remain confidential.
